A substantial amount of the existing exterior walls and foundations will remain in place, making this a cost-effective renovation focusing energy on key impactful moments to generate a drastically different final product. Wood slat sliding screen walls are provided along the golf course facing facade as a layering feature which will provide needed privacy from the golfers passing by.
