27,000 sf Tenant Improvement
Mullen Advertising was a fast-paced T.I. project for a growing company that wanted to make a statement. Choosing a ready-to-lease space in a repositioned concrete tilt-up building, our task was to provide a striking space that would impress clients and attract potential talent to the company. Leveraging our residential background, we incorporated materials, furniture and detailing more common in high-end homes. The end product was a space that Mullen will be comfortable and happy with for years to come.
